Aspire Naples opens in North Naples with focus on workforce housing

CIG Communities completed Aspire Naples, a 233-unit apartment complex along Immokalee Road, just east of Livingston Road in North Naples. Approved by Collier County in 2021, the project includes 71 below-market-rate units reserved for local workers. The community aims to ease the county’s workforce housing shortage — roughly 40,000 people commute into Collier County for work daily, county officials estimate. Aspire Naples features resort-style amenities including a pool, pet spa, fitness center and rooftop lounge. Located near jobs, schools and shopping, the development is CIG’s first in Collier County and began welcoming residents this month.
